Kentec Training has a new vacancy for an Accounting Administrator. This role is to ensure the accuracy and efficient administration of the company’s accounts including general business administration, accounting, bookkeeping, credit control, cash handling, cash flow forecasting, sales, and purchase ledger management, reporting directly to the Group Managing Director and Board of Directors.
This role will require the successful candidate to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities in order to provide effective support to the management team. A successful candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that typically include:
- A proven track record/experience of successfully undertaking a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in-person and by telephone
- A thorough approach to tackling problems and the ability to work methodically
- Time management and the ability to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail
- An interest in and understanding of business and finance
- Exceptional customer service skills
Accounting Administrator Education and Training Requirements
The Accounting Administrator will need to have a good working knowledge of Xero accounting software.
Hours
This is a permanent, full-time position. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday starting at 9.00 am and finishing at 3.00 pm each day.
Salary
Approx. £15.00 per hour subject to experience and qualifications.
