Statement on Corona Virus (COVID-19)

Kentec Training are currently running all public and private training courses as scheduled. We are doing our best to ensure that our training centre and external venues are controlled, cleaned and open for all events. We appreciate and respect the heightened concerned surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we would like to reassure our customers’ that we take the health and safety of our delegates, customers and staff very seriously.
We have taken additional steps within our offices and training centres to ensure that all attending are safeguarded, including sanitising stations and additional cleaning services to make certain that a clear focus is put on thorough cleaning and sanitation of key areas such as doors, handles, tables and welfare facilities.
We do ask that if you have exhibited any symptoms of the Coronavirus, travelled from or within a ‘high risk’ country within the last 14 days or have been in close contact with someone with diagnosed Coronavirus, we ask that you do not attend your scheduled course and call us on 0333 666 0555 to discuss your options.
If you need to postpone your course due to feeling unwell, this will be done free of charge. Please communicate with us prior to the course date as any non-attendance will be treated as such and rebooking’s will be charged in line with our terms and conditions. All other cancellations will be charged in line with our terms and conditions.
Finally, if you are attending a training course due to expiring qualification, please be aware that if you postpone or cancel, you may find your certification is no longer valid. If this is the case, please contact us on 0333 666 0555 and we will organise training for you as soon as possible.
