Course Overview

The NEBOSH HSE Introduction to Incident Investigation delivers a minimum of 6 hours of instruction with a 1 hour practical assessment, and is designed to instruct up to a maximum of 12 delegates. This course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct unassisted investigations of simple health & safety incidents, how to gather evidence and operate as part of a team on larger scale investigations, how to produce an action plan to prevent recurrences of incidents and ultimately promote a positive safety culture within your organisation.

This course consists of a training room lecture, DVD presentation and practical assessment.

This course is ideal for those whose job role requires them to investigate workplace incidents, such as employers, supervisors, SHE champions, union and safety representatives, and anyone looking to further themselves as a Health & Safety Professional.

If you have previously sat the NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma, this course is not required.

Successful delegates will receive their physical NEBOSH HSE Introduction to Incident Investigation once your results have been released and your certificate issued. Certification is typically received 50 working days from the date of the examination/submission of assignment, though this can vary.

There is no expiry date on the certificate.
