As of the 31st March 2025, all PASMA certifications will be digital by default. These certifications will be accessible through PASMA’s TowerSure app, available for both iOS and Android devices. This transition, implemented by PASMA, allows for quicker and more efficient issuance of virtual cards, which cannot be lost, stolen, or forgotten. Additionally, this initiative supports PASMA’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions.

How to Access Your Virtual PASMA Card

To retrieve your digital PASMA card, download the TowerSure app on your smartphone. Then, enter the PASMA certificate number provided by our team at Kentec Training into your TowerSure account. Your card will automatically appear, provided the name on your certificate matches the name registered on your TowerSure account exactly.

If you are renewing your certification or obtaining a new PASMA qualification, you will have already been issued a certificate number. If you have previously completed a PASMA course with Kentec Training but have misplaced or forgotten your certificate number, please contact our support team at 0333 666 0555 for assistance.

Can I Still Obtain a Physical PASMA Card?

Yes, physical PASMA cards remain available; however, they will now be classified as replacement cards by PASMA and will incur an additional fee, plus postage.

Additional Information

The TowerSure app has been integrated into all our PASMA training courses at Kentec Training for some time already. This means that in most cases, you will already have the app installed before your virtual card is issued.
