Kentec Group Services and its subsidiary, Kentec Training Ltd are delighted to announce the successful sale of Kentec Tool Hire Ltd to the current Operations Director, Lee Batson!

This significant event marks a new chapter for Kentec Tool Hire, soon to be rebranded as LeeTec Tool Hire Ltd under Lee Batson’s leadership. As a result, Kentec Group Services Ltd and Kentec Training Ltd are officially no longer associated with Kentec Tool Hire Ltd (soon to be LeeTec Tool Hire Ltd) as of 31st July 2024.

While this transition marks a new direction for both companies, it is a moment of celebration as we acknowledge Lee’s accomplishments throughout his long 30-year long tenure with Kentec and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. Lee's journey with us has been characterised by his commitment to operational excellence and his ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Here at Kentec Training, we remain committed to delivering excellence in all our endeavours while on track for one of our best years ever. As we part ways with our sister company, we do so with immense pride in what has been achieved since its founding in 1978, and are confident that under Lee's management, LeeTec Tool Hire will continue to flourish, reaching new milestones and setting higher standards in the tool hire industry.
