At Kentec Training, we are committed to minimizing the use of paper in the training industry. In the UK, over 18 million tonnes of waste is sent to landfill sites each year, with paper and cardboard accounting for 1/5 of all waste produced in the UK. 

That is why from the 1st April 2019, we have made the decision to provide electronic copies of certificates for several of our courses, instead of sending hard copies. Not only will this reduce our carbon footprint as a business, it will enable our customers to receive their certificates much quicker than our normal turn around of 2-4 weeks. 

We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service and understand that urgency is sometimes required for certificates, especially if you depend on it for an upcoming job. We hope this new way of delivering your qualification to you is much quicker and easier.
